This 17,500 sq. ft. Fischer Homes Lifestyle Design Center was designed to include everything and the kitchen sink, along with elegant product displays, fully furnished room vignettes, individual selection suites, a state-of-the-art entrance desk and office facilities for the design staff. When you arrive at the stately entrance of the Lifestyle Design Center, the feel of a quality home is evoked through custom tile and brick work. An entire display system was created from scratch, specifically for the Lifestyle Design Center. Each product category presented it’s own display challenges. A perforated metal framework, capped with rich wood headers provided the unity and versatility needed for the project. A stripe of product-specific photographs allows for manufacturer recognition as well as providing a visual tie to Fischer Homes literature. The detailed graphic program throughout the Fischer Homes Lifestyle Design Center provides product details and discussion points for designers as they assist home buyers with options for their homes. Fischer Homes wanted to take the stress out of the homebuying process, so individual Selection Suites were created, each with custom woodwork housing a plasma television. It’s details like these that add up to make the Lifestyle Design Center good enough to be featured in VM+SD magazine.
