More than twenty years ago we helped JP Flooring stand out with the best flooring showroom around. And now, we’ve done it again. As JP Flooring has grown, it has become synonymous with quality and value. Dedicated and knowledgable staff, combined with a superior selection is what makes JP stand out from it’s competitors. We wanted the new flooring showroom to embody this message. To do so, we toned down the colors in the showroom, using the JP red sparingly. By using mostly neutrals, we called more attention to the rich materials that makes up JP’s vast flooring selection.

Floor space is a challenge for any showroom. How do we deliver impactful messaging without taking up vital floor space? The solution was to create large islands that help break up the space and organize it based on material. Lit pillow graphic endcaps create focal points and deliver key messages.
The flooring showroom is organized into different flooring sections. In the hardwood area, a large graphic feature provides additional insight to unaccompanied customers. This educational graphic helps customers understand the process and make better informed decisions. It also doubles as a guide for the sales team. It helps make the sales procedure, and brand messaging, more streamlined and efficient.
Selection suites throughout the flooring showroom allow for the sales team to have one-on-one meetings with customers. These suites also double as a way to advertise specific brands, designs, and key messages. Unlike the old, static stations, the new display design uses a mix of real materials and a digital experience.
Hanging signage points to Commercial Library at back of the flooring showroom. The elevated, lit graphic takes up no floor space while also staying visible from every angle.
At JP Flooring, the employees are close-knit and have a lot of fun. We wanted the employee area to celebrate this. So, we first expanded the original color palette for use exclusively in employee-facing areas. Then, we designed bold graphics to inspire employees and add a little extra fun. Finally, we branded the whole cafeteria. A large-scale wall sculpture leads to the kitchen. Next to the sculpture, another “JP TV” uses quirky animations to deliver employee focused messages and reminders. A larger-than-life message on the curved cafeteria wall reminds employees to “be awesome”.
Dimensional, tone-on-tone pieces of the logo are found throughout the office space. We also designed bright wall graphics with simple messages to inspire employees. Each graphic is stamped with a reminder to Be Awesome.
