NORTH AMERICAN PROPERTIES

Transformative experiential design and interior design update to office lobbies in downtown Cincinnati.

North American Properties (NAP) has focused on real estate for over 70 years. It has developed, managed, and invested in projects in several U.S. markets. Recently, NAP has diversified by partnering with local favorites. These include the Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, and Skyline Chili. We helped update three areas in their facility: the second and third floor lobbies, executive conference room, and the building’s common lobby on the first floor.

To freshen up the main lobby on the first floor, we neutralized the existing space to create a clean canvas. Three accent walls—a logo, a quote, and a mural—tell NAP's story. A 30' long bas-reliefmural of the Cincinnati skyline connects the two spaces.

A 30' long tone-on-tone, bas-relief mural of the Cincinnati skyline connects the entrance lobby to the secured elevator bay with lit Cincinnati mural beyond. Mural is made up of 2D white buildings layered on top of one another to create shadows and dimension on white wall.

We created a dynamic art gallery on the second and third floor lobbies. A series of "frame" monitors blur the line between fine art exhibit and dynamic display.
